Who we are
A specialist registration and marketing company
Metabian is an Irish, European pharmaceutical company headquartered in Ireland, with subsidiaries in Romania and France. We are a specialist registration and marketing company: we register medicinal products and bring them to market internationally, with a portfolio developed and manufactured in Europe, the United States and Canada. Our purpose is to make proven medicines available in more markets by carrying each product from an approved dossier to an authorised, registered and marketed product abroad. We also act as a reliable European counterpart for manufacturers who ask us to represent their products.

From approved dossier to marketed product
Our portfolio is developed and manufactured in Europe, the United States and Canada. We obtain the necessary marketing authorisations, register each product, and market it in the international territories where we operate. Our focus is on generic medicinal products — bringing quality-assured equivalents to market as originator patents expire — and on building a complete, one-stop portfolio within each therapeutic area we serve. Alongside our own portfolio, we also in-license and represent selected products for partner manufacturers seeking a single, accountable route into new markets.
